Book by Phone

So maybe you can't get to a computer to book your seat. No problem, just call the SnowBus office and one of our friendly reservations staff will complete your reservation. To make a reservation, phone:

• In Metro Vancouver or from international points dial (604) 685-Snow (7669)
• Within North America dial 1-866-SnowBus (766-9287).

Our reservation staff are available to assist you between 8:30 a.m. through 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, plus 8:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. on weekends Pacific Standard Time (Vancouver, BC / Los Angeles, CA Time Zone).

If you would like to book by telephone outside of our office hours or purchase accommodations and packages in Metro Vancouver and Whistler with your SnowBus ticket, we invite you to book through one of our partners with extended morning and evening call centre hours:

Walk-ons

At SnowBus, we understand that sometimes things can't be planned ahead. If you didn't reserve your seat, we also accept walk-on passengers, subject to availability. Meet the SnowBus at one of our pickup points and one of our friendly hosts or drivers will organize your trip and process your payment. Please have exact cash with you (remember to add 5% GST to the SnowBus fares).

In-person at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and GasTown

If you would like to visit us in-person at our office in GasTown or Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to pay by cash or major credit card, please stop by:

Please come by between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday during the ski season (the last week of November through March 31).

In the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) Main Terminal:

At the Airport (YVR), please stop by one of two Tourism British Columbia Visitor Centres located in the Main Domestic and International Terminal Arrival areas to purchase a SnowBus ticket voucher. Certified Tourism British Columbia travel councilors will be able to assist you with your SnowBus ticket purchase and other travel planning needs pertaining to Metro Vancouver and Whistler. You will receive a SnowBus travel voucher which can be presented to your SnowBus on-board host or driver at the Airport Station Bus Exchange next to the Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel.

Travel booking tip: When you provide your telephone number through the booking process, please provide your cell phone that you will most likely be carrying with you on your day of travel with SnowBus. This will allow the SnowBus team to contact you should there be any notable delays or schedule changes.
