Joktan Elbert, Owner / President & CEO

An enthusiastic resourceful young entrepreneur, Joktan has over 10 years experience in the hospitality and customer service industry and has travelled and lived in Europe, plus Central and North America. Joktan speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.

Elbert is the past Chairman of Vancouver’s Young Entrepreneur’s Association (YEA) and is proud to have supported the 2010 Vancouver Olympic bid. He spends his free time supporting and coaching new and young entrepreneurs.

President and CEO Granville Entertainment Group

Owner/Operator of the Roxy nightclub, Vogue Theater, Doolin's Irish Pub, the Cellar nightclub, and the Dakota Comfort Inn Hotel. Blaine is also the recipient of the Downtown Vancouver Assn. Man Of The Year Award and the Tourism Vancouver's Gordon Marilee's Award for the creation of the Vancouver Entertainment District. He is also Director of the B.C. and Yukon Hotel Assn, BC Cabaret Owners Assn., Face The World Foundation and a community activist.
