In December 2014, John and Melissa ventured into the world of axe throwing for the first time, igniting a spark that would later become AXED. Drawn to the exhilarating experience, they envisioned an opportunity to share this thrill with others. Fast forward to 2018, and AXED was born, initially as a mobile axe throwing trailer catering to events across Ontario. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, John and Melissa remained steadfast in their vision, ultimately opening AXED Blue Mountain in the heart of Blue Mountain Village. At AXED Blue Mountain, guests can immerse themselves in the unique Canadian-style sport of axe throwing, experiencing the satisfaction of hitting the target with each throw. With lanes accommodating groups ranging from 2-3 people up to 4-24 people, AXED offers an inclusive space for both casual outings and group events. Prices start at $45 for 40 minutes of axe throwing excitement, promising an unforgettable experience that will leave participants grinning from ear to ear and eager for "just one more throw."
